WARM FRONT GRANTS OF UP TO £27000 FROM THE GOVERNMENT
You could be eligible for a Government grant for repairs to your boiler, a boiler replacement or for a full central heating system.

The Warm Front Scheme is for people who own or privately rent their home and are on some form of Government Benefit. Review the list below and, if you think you qualify, telephone us on 020 8685 9498 and we will do the rest.

Applicable Benefits:
Working Tax Credit (with an income less than £15,050 and which must include a disability element)
Child Tax Credit (with an income less than £15,050)
Disability Living Allowance
Income Support (which must include a disability premium)
Housing Benefit (which must include a disability premium)
Council Tax Benefit (which must include a disability premium)
Industrial Injuries Disablement Benefit (which must include Constant Attendance Allowance)

If you have a child under 16 or are pregnant and have a maternity certificate MAT B1 and receive one of the following:
Income-based Jobseeker's Allowance
Housing Benefit
If you are over 60 and receive one of the following:
Housing Benefit
Council Tax Benefit
Pension Credit
Income-based Jobseeker's Allowance
